WELCOME TO THE PIKE CENTRAL BANDS WEBPAGE!!!! Pike Central Jr./Sr. High School is located in Pike County, Indiana. The band program consists of 6th, 7th, & 8th grade concert bands and jazz band at the middle school level with concert band, jazz band, marching band, pep band, and instrumental ensemble (percussion) at the high school. Chris Ashworth is the Middle School director. He attended Mt. Vernon High School in Posey County and graduated from the University of Evansville with a B.S in music education. His principal instrument is saxophone. This is his second year teaching and his second year at Pike Central Middle School. John Miller is the High School director. He attended Triton Central High School in Shelby County. He graduated from Ball State University with a B.A. in music education. His principal instrument is trombone. This is also his second year teaching and second year at Pike Central High School.
