Pike County School Corporation’s online registration for the 2021-22 school year will open within the Harmony Family Access parent portal on Wednesday, July 28th.
Please follow the instructions for Returning or New student registration below.

RETURNING Students and Parents:
Parents (Grades 1-12) and Students (Grades 6-12) will need to login to their Harmony account and complete all appropriate registration forms. This link provides some helpful hints in regards to Demographic information that needs to be collected. There are several online consent forms and short surveys to complete, as well. Please remember that you will need to complete all forms for each child’s registration within your Harmony Parent Account. If you have a child entering the school system for the first time this year, please call the school’s office to get their registration code, which will allow you to add them to your existing parent account.
If you cannot remember your Harmony login information, please contact Beth McMillen. You do not need to create a new account. She will assist you with recovering your account information.
NEW Students and Parents:
The Parents/Guardians of any new student PK-12 that is enrolling in the school district for the first time will need to create a parent account within Harmony Family Access. Here’s a brief How-To Video: Harmony Family Access Video. If you have a Harmony account with another school, you will still need to create a new account. Accounts are linked to specific schools and cannot be transferred between school districts. Once you have created your account, please follow these instructions for beginning the registration process for your child(ren) within PCSC’s Harmony portal.
After your account is created and you have completed all of the enrollment forms for each child you wish to enroll, you will then need to contact each child’s school to set up an in-person appointment for completing the registration process. Phone numbers for each of the PCSC school buildings will be listed on the following page with that building’s information. During this call, the school secretaries can also provide you with the Harmony student registration codes for your newly enrolled children. You will use these codes to add those students to your parent account, allowing you to complete all required paperwork for each child before your scheduled registration appointment.
