25 Seniors from the National Honor Society at PCHS participated in the National Day of Caring. They volunteered their time at Somebody's Place, PAWS, Petersburg Little League, and Pride's Creek. Great to see our students giving back to the community. #ChargerPride #WeAreChargers

Spanish III students created their own unique figure and then used their vocabulary to give descriptions of their creations. Spanish IV then left messages and jokes based on their vocabulary. Finally the Spanish I and II students voted on their favorite creations. What an activity!

On Monday, the Spanish classes celebrated Mexican Independence Day. They learned how to dance the salsa, played some games and then had fried ice cream. They learned how fried ice cream is traditionally made and then had an unfried version. So much fun!

What a fun review game! Spanish III incorporated Spanish review with relay races. Each student and their partner had to pick the item and then turn around and see what body part they had to hold the item with. All of this was done in Spanish. As you can tell, the students really enjoyed this activity. #WeAreChargers

If you have ever had the chance to meet with Kal-El, consider yourself a lucky person because you're a much better person for it! He was chosen as one of the first ambassadors for Families for HoPE, a national organization that supports families with children with holoprosencephaly. Check out the entire article below. Kal-El is one of a kind, and we are grateful to have him at PCHS! #ChargerPride #BecauseISaidIWould

Going along with this year's theme of #Because I Said I Would, the students wrote down what they were going to do this year and posted it. Let's make it happen.
